Please arrive 5–10 minutes early
New clients may be required to complete a consultation
Avoid active skincare products prior to certain treatments
Avoid sun exposure prior to and following laser treatments.

Late arrivals may result in shortened treatments
All treatments are subject to professional assessment to ensure they are appropriate for your skin and overall health

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a no-show policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed two business days in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the service is reserved for you personally a no-show fee will apply. Clients who cancel their appointments without proper notice or do not show up for their reserved appointment times are considered a “no-show”.
As a courtesy, we offer a text reminder confirmation that is sent out two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no-show fee.
We require at least:
48-hour notice for appointments under a 2-hour duration
72-hour notice for appointments with a duration of 2 hours or more
Do you still take late arrivals?
Please call if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. Late arrivals will still finish at the same treatment time as scheduled, while the fee remains the same, If possible, we will try to adjust our schedule. However, it is possible we may ask you to reschedule your visit to another day if it interferes with another client’s appointment time.
*We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you have the appointment time you most desire.
Do you take a booking security?
We require all bookings to be secured with a 50% payment to secure your appointment. Whilst we understand it is sometimes necessary for you to change your schedule & we appreciate your cooperation by letting us know at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment with us, late cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge fee of 50%.
Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Gift Vouchers can be delivered to the local area, posted or emailed and are beautifully presented for your convenience. Gift vouchers can be purchased online here.
